To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every client, please take a moment to read our appointment policies before booking.

 

Appointments can be booked through the booking link in our bio.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

 

For the comfort and safety of all clients, you may bring one guest with you to your appointment.

Unfortunately, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are the client receiving the service.

 

We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the remaining balance of your service becoming due.

Your deposit will not be refunded or transferred in the event of a late cancellation.

 

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A €10 late fee will be added to your service total if you arrive 10 minutes late.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered cancelled. The remaining balance of your scheduled service will still be due.

Please note that arriving late may also result in a shortened service time, as we want to respect the appointments scheduled after yours.

 

A no-show is considered a missed appointment without prior notice or communication.

If you fail to attend your appointment without contacting Selah House, the remaining balance of your scheduled service will become due.

Clients who do not settle their outstanding balance may be restricted from booking future appointments with Selah House.

To book again, any outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to booking a new appointment.
